Rajwar appointed general manager of Silvassa property of Lords Resorts

fiogf49gjkf0d Mahesh Chand Rajwar has been appointed general manager of Lords Hotels & Resorts’ 51-room property in Silvassa. Prior to taking up the position, he was general manager, Country Inn and Suites (a property of Carlson Rezidor Hotels Group).
Rajwar has over 12 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and has worked at the Taj, the Trident and Club Mahindra. He is certified in hotel management and catering technology from American Hotel and Lodging Association and Oriental School of Hotel Management.
He has carved a niche for himself in cost management, revenue generation, employee management and curbing attrition. At Lords Resorts, Silvassa, he will be responsible for driving revenue growth.
In addition to the managerial and operational responsibilities, Rajwar will play an active role in streamlining the marketing activities of the resort. “Lords Hotels & Resorts is one of the top brands in the mid-market segment in India today,” he said.
“By appointing me to one of its biggerp roperties, the top management has displayed confidence in my capability and I intend to meet their expectations. I have the experience of working at a resort property in Silvassa and have a fairly good judgment of the guest demographics and their expectations,” Rajwar added.
