fiogf49gjkf0d Geoffery’s at Hotel Marine Plaza, Mumbai is hosting One Bite Sandwich Festival, which will offer a variety of sandwiches in both veg and non-veg varieties. The festival will be on till September 20, 2015.
The vegetarian menu will include dried tomato and basil sandwiches (multigrain bread); artichoke cheese spread (mini bagel bread); rolled olive sandwiches (white bread); pita mexican beans and gherkin sandwich; falafel masala bread sandwich; mix herb mushroom canapés; green coleslaw and pickled beetroot focaccia and garlic hummus lavash sandwich.
The non-vegetarian menu will include cucumber salmon sandwich (mini bagel bread); curried chicken tea sandwiches (focaccia); tandoori chicken, gherkin and cheese sandwich (rye bread); party ham sandwiches (ciabatta); lamb masala spicy bread (masala bread); tuna with pickled peppers sandwich (pita bread); masala egg sandwiches (panini); and mix meat canapés.
