AIBTM, Noida, commences Bakery Production Improvement Consulting Services

fiogf49gjkf0d Assocom Institute of Baking Technology and Marketing (AIBTM), situated at Greater Noida, recently announced the launch of Bakery Production Improvement Consulting Services.
In this regard, Dr Kirk O’Donnell, former VP, AIB International, has signed an agreement with AIBTM for the purpose of assisting the client with the delivery of technical services to the baking and food industry in India and surrounding nations.
Dr O’Donnell has been associated with Assocom India for the last 13 years. Now he is associated with the organisation with regard to various projects and activities as also the special services division. Dr O’Donnelll and Dr Suresh Itapu, members of board of directors, AIBTM, will head the division.
Raj Kapoor, MD, AIBTM, states, "The bakery industry is a combination of science and technology, engineering and art, science being an important aspect of it. Therefore, we have set up Bakery Production Improvement Consulting Services. AIBTM focusses on providing more practical knowledge rather than theoretical one, we have drafted the curriculum in such a way that more than 50 per cent is based on practical training. Backed by the industry, AIBTM provides internships to students according to their choice and field of interest."
