Assocom Institute of Bakery Technology and Management (AIBTM) has inducted celebrity chef Ranveer Brar into the AIBTM family as brand ambassador. Brar recommends AIBTM to students who are interested in making their career in bakery industry or plan to open own outlets in future.

Brar has been the presenter of various cookery shows on TV. He is a culinary professional with more than 15 years experience in the field and more than 10 years at kitchen management positions.

He describes, "AIBTM is a perfect blend of school teaching and industry exposure. Its inspiring to see the talent and the passion of both the faculty and the students. Combined with state-of-the-art infrastructure, it’s a recipe for success."

He lauds AIBTM for creating balance amongst students and preparing them to handle industry pressure. He sees a strong potential in AIBTM for creating excellent pastry chefs. Brar is impressed by the placement record of the students who passed from AIBTM.

Raj Kapoor, MD, AIBTM, states, "Within one year, AIBTM, located at Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, has become one of the most sought after choices for students who are enthusiastic about learning the art and technology of bakery.

He adds, “The Indian bakery industry is showing a growth rate of 15 per cent leading to a rise in the demand for bakery schools and institutes. With the guidance of our parent company, Assocom India, AIBTM has been doing training programmes for the last 14 years. We are partners with the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and keep targeting even small bakers apart from the established ones. We have been conducting these programmes on portals as well as sometimes in hotel management institutes.”
