Yazu, the pan-Asian supper club located in Andheri, Mumbai, has taken strong steps towards its employees and customer welfare while beginning to deliver food at the doorsteps of customers.
They have started delivery at home as they understand that people need food in the comfort of their homes and trust in the places that provide food in their homes.
Owners, Ranbir Nagpal, Gurmeet Arora, and Atul Chopra, have come up with a virtual experience to make online parties, online birthday parties, kitty parties, meetings and so on possible with super delicious pan-Asian food delivered at one time to different locations of group members.
The customers will dine together on the same day, same time from home, through the Yazu online experience! Simply place the order a day before during your group calls, with the dishes picked from the exclusive monthly menu!
In order to make the experience more amusing, the restaurant has come up with a concept of introducing a different menu every month! The restaurant has a crew of skeletons working out of the kitchen. In addition to delivering food with their distribution partners Swiggy and Zomato, they have started deliveries on their own to Bandra, Goregaon, Andheri, and Juhu.
By doing so, they can control the delivery conditions and ensure the delivery guy does not stop the door to door before placing the order in the food at the customer's doorway.
Nagpal said, "Until a cure for Covid-19 is readily available on the market, this will be the new normal because people want to stay indoors and choose to order-in instead of eating out and increasing the chances of exposing themselves to the virus. We are sticking to providing the best quality food available worldwide, right next door which is not unreasonably expensive.”
“Yazu aims to improve its service and adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and food handling, and seek to connect with its customers and convince them that they are still the best place and restaurant in the industry to dine or order food takeout at. Health, good food, and safe services are our priorities,” he added.
