Westin Hyd Mindspace’s Seasonal Tastes to offer Pahari fare on April 28

Seasonal Tastes, at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, will curate a Pahari brunch between noon and 4pm on April 28, 2019.
It will feature delicacies from Uttarakhand. The cuisine of the hill state is earthy, rich and highly nutritious, as it is cooked on a low flame, so that it does not lose its natural health value.
Chef Vijay Bhandari from Uttarakhand will curate the meal, which will include Anardana Chicken, Channa Gosht and Meetah Bhath.
The meal, accompanied by alcohol, will be priced at Rs 2,799, and without alcohol, it will be priced at Rs 2,350.
