The Square, at Novotel Goa Shrem Hotel, Candolim, to host Easter brunch

The Square, at Novotel Goa Shrem Hotel, Candolim, will usher in Easter (April 21, 2019) with a brunch using fresh springtime produce. The dishes will comprise slow roast ribs, grilled chicken and butter-tossed root veggies.

Also on offer is an extensive selection of salads, along with a Bedouin bar and a local cheese board.

There will also be a grill station with piccatas, chaats, a fish carving station and huge selection of Asian and Indian delicacies.

Patrons can choose from a range of delectable desserts, including Easter cookies, hot cross bun pudding, sour cherry truffle and Belgium white chocolate mousse.

It will be served between 1pm and 4pm. While the meal without alcohol will be priced at Rs 1,800 (all inclusive) per person, the meal accompanied by alcohol will be priced at Rs 2,500 (all inclusive) per person.
