fiogf49gjkf0d Hotel Sahar Star, Mumbai is celebrating the Street Food Festival between July 21 to August 7, 2016 on account of monsoon at Earth plate, the global cuisine restaurant with distinct street food menu across India.
The Street food festival will offer gastronomical experience with a vast spread of veg and non-veg street food. The expert chefs will offer a diverse range of culinary delights among street food across the country.
The the hotel's chef Rupesh and his team has curated street style South Indian dosas, Moghlai Biryani and chaats from chowpatty and others are some of the highlights.
Besides, to provide a local flavor the menu has hot tea served in a kullad. Alternatively, the hotel is offering aromatic masala chai or milk tea poured out of a traditional aluminum kettle.
The weekend brunch has additions, which includes stalls for sugar candy, balloon walla, sherbat wala (mocktails), photo wala, channa chor and paan wala.
