The menu features delicacies curated by four culinary maestros, Roberto Zorzoli, Cagatay Bahadur, Xian Bin Li and Abdul Quddus.
Zorzoli, head chef, Romanos, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, will be showcasing ancient Roman cuisine. Home-style cooking techniques, vintage family recipes and nostalgia will come together to create distinct and unique flavors with every dish. Bahadur from JW Marriott Ankara will showcase classic Turkish dishes, and will be bringing spices from the Turkish capital. Guests will savour sweets and dumplings like Kurv Manti, Katmer, Lokma and Kurv Patlican. Xian of The St Regis Mumbai will showcase his rich culinary experience from Schiuan and Guangzhou regions, using age-old recipes and fresh ingredients. He will offer guests a hint of the familiar infused with a delightful new world of undiscovered tastes and textures. Quddus of JW Marriott Juhu will bring to guests the traditional cuisine and recipes of the Bukhara region. The cuisine is rich in meats, with a signature main course Palov (plov or osh or pilaf), typically made with rice, pieces of meat, grated carrots and onions and cooked in a kazan (or deghi) over an open fire.
