Secret Ingredient Projects, India’s leading food and hospitality consultancy, announced the close of a landmark financial year, having delivered some of Delhi NCR’s most exciting and distinctive dining destinations. With a portfolio that spans luxury hotel transformations, vibrant neighbourhood cafés and culture-forward bars, the consultancy continues to raise the bar for what thoughtful, experience-driven hospitality can look like in India.
Among the key highlights of the year was the transformation of the iconic Le Belvedere space at Le Meridien New Delhi into XO & Mi—a bold, reimagined Pan-Asian bar and kitchen. Retaining the legacy of its elevated location and sweeping views, it led every aspect of the project, from food and bar programme to hiring and training. The result is a space that feels contemporary and rooted at once, introducing a youthful energy into a five-star setting while celebrating the dynamism of Asian street food and craft mixology.
In Gurugram, it unveiled NIKO, a modern Asian restaurant that brings together bold flavours and the elemental art of fire. Spanning 2,000 square feet with seating for 92 guests, NIKO features a signature charcoal robata grill and an open kitchen, allowing diners to witness the culinary craftsmanship firsthand. The interiors blend clean stone, sleek lines, soft beige hues and warm leather, creating an inviting yet sophisticated ambiance. The menu showcases dishes like Flamed Lamb Chops, Silken Tofu Carpaccio and NIKO Butter Prawns, each reflecting a unique twist on Asian classics. The bar complements the dining experience with innovative cocktails, including tea-clarified infusions and sous-vide creations, offering a fresh perspective on Asian mixology.
This year also marked the launch of Bomba’s second outpost in Greater Kailash 2, following the success of its flagship on MG Road. India’s first concept that combines a pizzeria and taqueria under one roof, Bomba is a celebration of bold flavours and laid-back energy. With a focus on hand-rolled Neapolitan pizzas, experimental tacos, house-made pastas, the new location builds on the brand’s cult following—translating Bomba’s playful spirit into a lively South Delhi setting.
It was instrumental in shaping both the original and the follow-up space, reinforcing the brand's voice, product vision and operational strategy. This year it played a pivotal role in bringing to life a new wave of neighbourhood-first concepts that celebrate design, detail and strong culinary narratives. Among them is La Croute, a charming artisanal bakery in Delhi’s Sunder Nagar, known for its handcrafted pies, viennoiseries, and a warm, Parisian-inspired café experience. Asper in Gurgaon offers modern European dining in a minimal, design-forward space, where seasonal menus meet elegant plating and an understated, thoughtful service style. Saulé, located in Noida is inspired by the concept of sun to the moon.
