Breaking the mold of traditional whisky-making Radiant Manufacturers, a decades-old alco-beverage company in the heart of North-East, has launched Infamous Whisky, a new spirit that dares to reimagine the rules of whisky blending and maturation. Crafted for whisky connoisseurs with unconventional approaches to their libation, Infamous creates a rebellious yet refined drinking experience.

This daring whisky rule-breaker is born of rare malt and grain Scotch from the Scottish- highlands, celebrating tradition, further matured in a rebellious manner with copper-pot-distilled Indian single malts from Jammu's hills and continuous-column-distilled corn and rice whiskies from North-East India's elevated regions. This makes it the world’s first whisky to mature Scotch malt blends further, in ex-bourbon casks sourced from Jack Daniel’s, Tennessee, and rich Oloroso sherry casks from Europe.

The double barrel maturation shapes its bold yet silky smooth taste to create a premium whisky drinking experience. Infamous Whisky combines these three distinct and matured spirits: Scotch malts from Angus Dundee, Scotland (Two 3-year-old and one 5-year-old); A 7-year-old copper pot distilled Indian single malt from Jammu (Dewan’s); A 7-year-old continuous column distilled corn spirit from Assam (Radiant).

Vicky Chand, director at Radiant Manufacturers, said, “We are just exploring the vast landscape of whiskies through various spirits, origin, casks, and blends. Infamous is going to be a three-part series with Rebel, followed by Renegade, and last Rogue."
