Pune Sugar Box, the 24x7 delicatessen at Conrad Pune, is hosting Mango Mania, which will take place throughout April 2019.
On offer will be a host of desserts, including cakes and tarts, prepared using the seasonal fruit.
The desserts whipped up by the team of confectioners at Pune Sugar Box, spearheaded by executive pastry chef Joginder Singh, include Fresh Mango Gateaux (eggless), Mango and Raspberry Entremets, Mango Basil Tarts, Mango and Passion Fruit with Coconut Insert and Mango Wasabi Praline.
