Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), an experiential resort chain in North India and the largest across the State of Uttarakhand, has announced the signing of a boutique resort, nestled in the picturesque hill station of Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. Its continued commitment to expanding its footprint in the State is evidenced by this newest addition, making this their fifth property.

Nestled amidst a sprawling 4 acres in the serene Solan district, the resort will debut with 30 plus aesthetically designed rooms and furnished cottages. As part of its expansion strategy, the resort plans to design a mixed-use project in the form of privately owned furnished apartments with a luxury resort, promising breathtaking views of the Kasauli Hills and lush valleys.

Vibhas Prasad, director, Leisure Hotels Group, said, "We are thrilled to collaborate with Nature’s Heaven Group to present a high-end boutique resort in the lively tourist destination of Kasauli. This milestone marks a significant step towards the Group's vision of expanding its presence in India's beloved hill state.  Himachal Pradesh, renowned for its natural beauty, captivates travellers globally, and we are dedicated to surpassing their expectations by emphasising regional cuisines, offering curated hyperlocal experiences, and delivering exceptional services."

Amit Verma & Shikhaa Verma, partners, Nature’s Heaven Group, said, "We are thrilled to partner with Leisure Hotels Group in crafting a luxurious vacation retreat in Himachal Pradesh. Our aim is to offer discerning individuals a unique blend of lifestyle and an investment opportunity without the hassles of maintenance in the hills. Together, we aspire to create captivating living spaces that cater to the needs of today's modern travellers."
