HyFun Foods spotlights its hero product: the globally loved Burger Patties. Adding to the excitement, it announced the launch of the very famous Indian Burger - Mumbai Aloo Vada and offers a sneak peek at the soon-to-launch Spicy Paneer Patty, a flavourful new addition to its existing burger range. With these launches, it continues to expand its delicious and innovative product range, catering to the variety of tastes of consumers.

International Burger Day offers a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and spotlight this beloved global snack, bringing together food lovers and brands to honour the iconic burger in all its delicious forms. Its burger patties have become a backbone of menus across Global Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), and the Indian Retail Segment consistently delivering tasty, flavour-packed, premium-quality offerings. For home consumers, the packs are now easily available on Blinkit, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and at major retail stores, making it simple to recreate café-style burgers right in your own kitchen.

Expanding the existing product line is the newly launched Mumbai Aloo Vada — a ready-to-fry, street-style Indian Burger featuring a tasty, authentic and flavourfully spiced potato mash filling wrapped in a crispy, golden gram flour coating. First previewed and relished at AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair, this product has now officially rolled out to the HoReCa segments nationwide and will soon be launched in the retail market, bringing the nostalgic flavours of Mumbai’s favourite snack to modern foodservice formats.

Looking ahead, it is also set to introduce Spicy Paneer Patty, further expanding its portfolio of innovative, chef-ready burger solutions tailored for the Indian taste buds.

Haresh Karamchandani, managing director & group CEO, HyFun Foods, said, “At HyFun, we’re proud to offer both international favourites and authentic Indian innovations, from our patties served in leading QSR’s and burger chains, to the Mumbai Aloo Vada we proudly call the ‘Indian burger,’ to our soon-to-launch Spicy Paneer Patty. Celebrating International Burger Day allows us to highlight the remarkable versatility of our patties while staying rooted in our culinary traditions. The strong response we received at AAHAR affirms the growing demand for such products, and we’re excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the frozen food space.”
