HRAWI organises online FoSTaC programme

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) online. Conducted by professor Divya Bhaskar, the training session was attended by 30 hospitality professionals from Ginger Hotels from across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

The programme equipped participants with essential knowledge on food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management strategies, aimed at strengthening food safety standards and operational excellence in the hospitality sector.

With this initiative, HRAWI has now facilitated the training and certification of 3,504 hospitality professionals across Western India, reaffirming its commitment to promoting a robust culture of food safety and compliance within the industry.
