The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on April 30, 2025, at Amarpreet Hotel- A M Hotel Kollection in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The training programme was attended by 28 hospitality professionals, equipping them with critical insights into food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management strategies to elevate operational standards across the sector.
The session was inaugurated by Dr Pasupathy V, trainer, Parikshan and Sudipto Hore, general manager, Amarpreet Hotel- A M Hotel Kollection.
