Our Bureau, New Delhi
Buon Appetito - a celebration of Italian cuisine - is underway at Foodhall, and will conclude on November 30, 2019. Over two days, viz., November 16 and 17, the brand’s DLF Promenade and Two Horizon Centre outlets will host an Italian Farmers’ Market as a part of their monthly celebrations.

The objective of the market is to offer guests an experience that transports them to typical Italian mercatos – with a dense display and selected sampling of specialty Italian ingredients like cheese, cold cuts, fresh produce, pastas, spices and seasonings, olive oils, etc. in a marketplace format.

Throughout the month, one will find classic Italian breads freshly baked at the bakery. These include ciabatta, focaccia, baguette, crostini, panini, and hand-stretched grissini. There will also be an entire section dedicated to pizzas. It will comprise zero-flour, cheese, pizza stones, spice mixes, etc. and also a special gluten-free pizza base.

Moreover, the café by Foodhall will launch Sorrentina x The Café by Foodhall menu, curated by chef Aabhas Mehrotra to introduce Delhi to a taste of their rustic Italian restaurant, Sorrentina, in Mumbai.
