At La Loca Maria, the menu has been meticulously crafted to provide a refreshing escape from the scorching Indian summer heat. From a refreshing mango gazpacho to a deliciously cooling and light scallop and crab tartare - each dish has been thoughtfully designed to offer a burst of flavour while keeping you comfortably cool. Mango Gazpacho: Taking inspiration from Spain's traditional gazpacho, chef Olveira has crafted a mango version, infusing a tropical twist into the refreshing dish. A gazpacho of Alphonso Mango, features a brunoise of celery, radish, raw mango, and cucumber, all crowned with a smoky roasted bell pepper sorbet. Vibrant refreshing flavours & culinary finesse.

Scallop & Mango Tartare: Featuring succulent scallop and crab tartare paired with the irresistible sweetness of ripe Alphonso mango, complemented with creamy guacamole and crispy barley.

Mango Coco Piña: Indulge in the flavours of the season with Mango Coco Piña dessert, featuring a luscious mango sorbet, creamy mango crèmeux, tangy compressed pineapple, a refreshing sweet raw mango salad, pineapple coconut gel & coconut crumble. It’s a tropical paradise on a plate!
