With an illustrious career and outstanding achievements Dilbar Singh has been appointed as chef de cuisine of Eros Hotel New Delhi, the iconic luxury business hotel located in the heart of the city. With a career spanning over 17 years in the hospitality sector, he will lead food production and will play a pivotal role in crafting menus for F&B outlets, training staff including chefs, implementing strategies to control kitchen costs, ensuring food safety management and managing guest relations.
With his passion for culinary art, Singh brings invaluable experience to the F&B department. Before his current role, he served several five-star hotels such as The Claridges Hotel, Shangri-La Eros Hotel, The Lalit Hotel, and Radisson Blu Kaushambi, Singh has honed his skills under the guidance of popular chefs and mastered the art of gastronomy. Therefore, his professional journey as a chef reflects a steadfast commitment to excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
