Conrad Pune turns four; Coriander Kitchen to host anniversary brunch

Conrad Pune will celebrate its fourth anniversary in March 2020, and to commemorate the occasion, Coriander Kitchen, one of its restaurants, has curated a special brunch, which is slated to commence at 12:30pm on March 15.
The hotel’s culinary team, spearheaded by executive chef Sidney Dcunha, will present a lavish spread, featuring guests’ favourites from the culinary pop-ups and food festivals hosted by the hotel in the past four years.
It includes Baked Black Kulcha, Batata Wada Bao, Steam Black Dhokla from the Culinary Turns Black festival; Thepla Tacos, Mango Chili Ravioli, Manchurian Pops and Spanish Patata Bravas from the Ten Chefs Ten Plates promotion; Rampuri Tar Korma from the Rampuri Food Festival; Vietnamese Pho from the Vietnamese Food Festival; Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Jodhpuri Aloo and Khub Bhalo from the Rajasthan Food Festival, and Shawarma and Mezze from the Arabian Nights pop-up, to name a few.
The brunch will also feature an elaborate grills counter, with lamb, chicken, prawns, fish and exotic vegetables to choose from.
Guests can end their meal on a sweet note by choosing from a wide selection of mouthwatering desserts from Pune Sugar Box, prepared by executive pastry chef Joginder Singh.
