Chef Sandeep Sadanandan, head of culinary, Byg Ventures, Bengaluru, said, “December is an eventful month in our calendar. We have several events planned; the Gingerbread House Workshop is certainly an event where everyone participates. It’s wholesome to watch our chefs get into the holiday spirit with the children, and now, several adults, who love building these pastry houses.
