The Beer House Café’s Ghaziabad outlet, located in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, survives on the philosophy that an excess of a good thing is a very good thing, the greatest plan is no plan made at all, and that quest of pleasure is a noble one.
It is an amalgamation of that lounge bar, pub and eatery they reckoned that every great neighbourhood deserves. They soaked up the flavours and adopted the practices from around the world, with several trails, tastings, and a whole lot of tribulations, before opening the establishment.
The desire for classic gastronomy and the strong influence of fellow travellers pushed the restobar’s promoter to voice his passion by projecting some renowned beer brands in a little space that he fondly refers to as a Beer Paradise.
It aims to be a haven for foodies projecting a multi-cuisine menu, comprising Italian, Mexican and Continental fare.
Yudhveer Singh, the founder of the establishment, was in the civil services, before joining real estate, and finally becoming a restaurateur.
Being a sportsperson, he achieved great recognition in karate in his early life, and was selected in Indian Team for the sixth Karate World Cup in September 1997 and performed in Singapore.
Now, Singh owns a small commercial establishment in Indirapuram. He aims to build a proper restaurant, and is working for the same. With his skills and past experience, he has the vision to establish a cafe in Indirapram.
