Shangri-La’s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi has appointed Gagandeep Singh Bedi as an executive sous chef.

With over a decade of culinary experience, he brings with him an innovative culinary flair and a passion for cooking to Shangri-La’s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi. He has worked with renowned luxury hotels, including The Oberoi, New Delhi, JW Marriott New Delhi and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.

While pursuing his passion at some of the finest hotels, Bedi acquired a diverse set of skills from presenting visually engaging dishes, crafting creative menus to introducing new culinary trends for the enhancement of dining concepts.

He will add his fresh style and exciting new signature dishes at the restaurants to enhance diners’ experience at Shangri-La’s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi.

Apart from being an experienced chef, Bedi is extremely passionate about music, sports and travelling.
