Authentic south Indian cuisine makes debut in Goa with South I Resto Bar

The first weekend of the new year saw the debut of authentic south Indian cuisine in Goa with the launch of South I Resto Bar at Candolim. The project is the brain child of Suraj Shetty.
In order to mark the debut, an event was hosted by Suraj Shetty and Jatin Arora. It was attended by actress Ayesha Jhulka and her husband Sameer, dance director Longinus Fernandes, cricketer Buddhadev Mangaldas, model and actor Anjum Fakhi, dance choreographer Sonia Jaffer, social activist Hema Bedi, and Viveck Shettyy, all-India head of Media Cell of CGSI (Consumer Guidance Society of India).
The delicacies served on the occasion included chicken keema dosa, Mughlai idli and Coorg idli. Speaking on the occasion, Suraj Shetty stated, "Am really excited by our entry into one of the most favoured tourist destinations of the world - Goa. The variations and fusion combinations that we offer will appeal to all types of taste buds in this fascinating destination that attracts people from all over the world.”
