Sapal SA to launch redesigned processed cheese conditioner at Anuga FoodTec

fiogf49gjkf0d Sapal SA, a company of Bosch Packaging Technology, will launch its redesigned DCS 1000 processed cheese conditioner at Anuga FoodTec 2015, which is currently underway at Cologne, Germany. The show will be on till March 27, 2015.
The machine has been redesigned to ensure uninterrupted production of individually wrapped slices (IWS) with an output of 1,000 slices per minute. Bosch experts will deliver presentations about the technology each day of the show at the booth.
“The demand for cheese is growing rapidly worldwide, with International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association projecting a 25 per cent growth from 2015 to 2018. The processed cheese market is expected to follow this trend,” explained Louis Monnickendam, senior manager, business development, Sapal SA. “The next generation DCS 1000 is the latest in a series of high-speed machines and shows our commitment to delivering solutions that allow producers to capitalise on this growing market.”
