GFL introduces embossed aluminium foils in India

 Gujarat Foils Ltd (GFL), aluminium-packaging manufacturer, has launched "Nutriwrap" and "Nutripack," dedicated packaging foils in the country. The company said that these packaging foils have been designed keeping in mind Indian food habits.
The company also claims that Nutriwrap is India's first and only embossed aluminium consumer household foil. These foils will extend the shelf-life of packed food items like roti or chapatis, snacks and sandwiches. V K Somani, managing director, GFL, said, "The aluminium foil in household segment has a tremendous growth potential. With the launch of embossed foil the company has an edge over its competitors, in the coming years we plan to target at least 25% of the market share."
According to the company statement, the new aluminium foils are available in different sizes catering to the necessity of every household and commercial need. Nutriwrap is also available in 225m and 300m width.
