Novotel Imagica Khopoli appoints Francis as new director of sales

Novotel Imagica Khopoli has now appointed Rejoe Francis as the new director of sales. In this role, he will be responsible for leading and further evolving all aspects of the sales, driving revenues, promoting brand strategies and providing the best of Novotel Imagica Khopoli’s hospitality experience to the guests.
Prior to joining Accor, Francis was associated with Caravela Beach Resort, Goa as director of sales – West India.
He has also worked for renowned hotels like Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach, Radisson Goa Candolim, Novotel Dona Sylvia Goa and Mercure Devaaya Ayurvedic Retreat, Le Royal Meridien Mumbai (now Hilton). His profound understanding of the hospitality industry is critical to his role as director of sales at Novotel Imagica Khopoli.
Commenting on his appointment, Sachin Malhotra, general manager, Novotel Imagica Khopoli, said, “Francis will now lead our sales team. He holds expertise in strategic planning, profit centre operations, sales and marketing, business development, revenue enhancement and team management, which makes him the perfect choice for this role.”
Francis holds a B Sc (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) from I H M Chennai. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and long drives with family.
