Cargill’s NatureFresh Professional partners with Society of Indian Bakers

NatureFresh Professional, the largest suppliers of bakery shortenings and margarines from Cargill’s oils business in India, has associated with Society of Indian Bakers, a one-of-its-kind association for bakers in the country since 1971.

NatureFresh Professional participated in the annual general body meeting of the Society of Indian Bakers. It has leading bakers as its members, and is a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

NatureFresh Professional was invited to be a part of this esteemed association and the brand provided assurance to ensure all kinds of technical assistance to the association, along with other value addition to its members. This gesture was deeply appreciated by all who were present at the meeting.

At the event, one of the key speakers was Anurag Chadha, business-to-business (B2B) head of Cargill’s oils business in India.

He highlighted the global expertise of Cargill in the bakery segment and the activities that the brand undertakes around the year to add value to bakers. He also apprised the guests present on the activities and assistance that are in store for the members and the associations through the partnership with the brand.
 
In addition to this, NatureFresh Professional showcased many innovative recipes created with the specialty fat, Lite for bakers and members to experience. This was appreciated by the bakers, and in fact, this paved the way for trials in many of their bakeries.
 
NatureFresh Professional offers a comprehensive range of premium specialty bakery fats with varied applications for different bakery products like kharis, puffs, biscuits, cookies, creams, and cakes, to name a few.
