Fish & seafood retailer Jalongi.com launches new campaign ‘Eat Fish, Live Better’

Jalongi.com has launched a new campaign – ‘Eat Fish, Live Better’. The campaign aims to focus on healthy living and nutritional benefits of fish consumption as post the outbreak of Covid-19, people have become more conscious about their health wellness. The campaign has been launched across social media pages including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, outdoor and transit media.
 
According to dietary guidelines by American FDA, one can benefit from eating the recommended amount of seafood – which is two or more servings per week to add up to 1,750mg of omega-3s EPA+DHA per week. The campaign aims to inform people about the unseen, and remarkable benefits of eating seafood. Fish and seafood, shellfish included, provide essential nutrients to the body that keep the immune system functioning properly.
 
Talking about the campaign, Dippankar S. Halder, founder and CEO at Jalongi.com, said, “We are extremely excited to launch the ‘Eat Fish, Live Better’ campaign. Sharing the thoughts on the campaign, Gurgaon-based Eye Surgeon, Dr Neena Gathwal said, “Fish and seafood is the healthiest form of natural protein, and consuming fresh fish, at least twice a week, can help in lowering triglycerides, B.P, inflammation and macular degeneration (eye) due to high content of omega 3 fatty acids, which are good fats, and contains less mercury content.
