New Delhi Railway Station welcomes the first ever 24*7 food court ‘Pop n Hop’

PKS Group, the visionary behind ‘Pop n Hop’ food courts spread, is set to launch their multi-brand food court at the Ajmeri Gate Railway Station, Platform No. 16. With the opening of the first 24*7 food courts at the New Delhi Railway Station, the travellers as well as the common people can enjoy delicious food by 10 renowned names offering multi-cuisine at one place.
Popular QSR chains like KFC, Domino’s, Haldiram’s, Wow Momo, Nirula’s, Mughal Lane and Roll Station are a few of the brands that will be part of the food court. With an array of options to choose from at one food destination, the train journeys are going to become fun with quality food. The two level food court is spread across 6,000 sq feet, with a seating capacity of 120 people on the first floor and the standing facility on the ground floor.
Pop n Hop is the brainchild of Mihraz Ebrahim, managing director at PKS, who introduced the first outlet in Chennai followed by one at Bangalore and now another at New Delhi Railway Station. It is the first 24 hours multi-brand food court at railway station bringing together national and international names under one roof. With over 57 years of legacy, it is one of the largest IRCTC caterers in India. With the launch of the 24*7 food court at one of the busiest hubs for travellers, the brand is making quality food accessible for masses.
The project has be conceptualised by SRED which had meticulously planned the development and successfully integrated platform vending at the same the food plaza which can be visited by non-travellers round the clock. SRED has brought iconic brands like Haldiram’s, KFC, Dominos, Wow Momo and many more first time to New Delhi Railway Station.
Gearing up for the launch, Ebrahim said, “Launching Pop n Hop at the New Delhi Railway Station was our most awaited project and we are extremely thrilled to cater to people living in and travelling to New Delhi with our extensive services. We are also thankful to the railway authorities for showing their trust in us to build a new food destination at the prime location.”
With the opening of the 24*7 food court, the travellers can now utilise their time eating good food in case of any train delays or can easily take away their favourite dishes at any time of the day or night.
