C S Aerotherm to augment presence in Kerala

C S Aerotherm Pvt Ltd is now gearing up to increase its presence in Kerala with its range of bakery equipment like Rack Ovens/Bake Off Ovens, Oil- Gas Heated Deck Oven and Display Counters. The fastest growing product is rack ovens. Rack ovens are high-tech, quality products of sturdy yet elegant construction. As a result of thorough research and development the ovens have been designed with a technical reliability and consistent uniformity of bake to meet the real needs of today's professional bakers.
The company which has a managed to garner 25-30 customers from the districts of Kerala including Kozhikode, Kottayam, Wynad, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram now wants to extend its customer base further in the State.
Its current customer profile in Kerala includes leading names like Varkeys, Ambrosia, Anns House of Sweets, K R Group and Best Bakery. It not only caters to the requirements of bakeries across the country but also Flight Kitchens and Star Hotels which deal with bakery products.
In order to make the best of the situation in Kerala, C S Aerotherm will be participating at the exposition FoodTech to make its presence in the region. The company which participated last year at Food Tech Kerala received a positive response, Harish C Chouthoy, general manager, marketing, C S Aerotherm Pvt Ltd told F&B News.
Food Tech is Kerala's leading event for food processing, bakery equipment and hospitality services. The exhibition will bring together the suppliers, entrepreneurs and support services. Hence, the platform is ideal to exhibit and increase our product presence, he said.
As part of the strategy to increase the number of customers in Kerala, the company also needs to hire one sales and service executive in the region. In many of the leading Kerala bakeries, C S Aerotherm's equipment have been installed, explained Chouthoy.
The company which also exports its range of equipment, has a ISO 9001 certification. It supplies bakery machines and equipments, rotary rack oven, proving chamber and mixer, deck oven, micro wave oven, planetary mixer, slicer among others in the international market.
CS Aerotherm Private Limited was established in 1990 with the aim to provide quality and cost effective solutions for the bakery industry. Today, with over a decade of experience behind them, the company has emerged as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of bakery machinery like Rotary Rack Ovens, Spiral Mixers, Proving Chambers, Bread Plants etc. Manufactured in close collaboration with FN Aerotherm, Denmark, the company has a wide range of gas and oil fired ovens in its ambit.
