fiogf49gjkf0d Bühler India , engaged in the supply of rice processing systems, flour mills, colour sorters and feed manufacturing plants will make its presence felt at the fourth edition of grain Tech India 2013, widely acknowledged as India's largest international exhibition on grains, cereals, spices, oil seeds, feeds, products & technologies, scheduled to be held from August 23 to 25 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bangalore.
A concurrent event would be 5th India Foodex 2013, an international exhibition on food products, processing & packaging machinery and allied industries. grain Tech India has strong support from prominent Indian agri and food organisations, adding strength and value to the event. Buhler is gearing up to present its range of equipment which includes new products, recently introduced and existing ones.
While its single-spout bagging machine. (MWPF-W) + Screw Feeder (MWSC) is a new machine and is being displayed for the first time in the country at the grain Tech India 2013, it will share e platform with Schmidt-Seeger TAS a recently launched equipment and Dampener Turbolizer (MOZL) its existing machine.
In the area of grain cleaning and grading, Bühler machinery has proved itself in thousands of applications. It forms the foundation for thoroughly cleaned finished products, said Mallikarjuna S, sr manager, marketing & business development, Bühler (India) Pvt. Ltd.
The high quality of the machines is reflected in a variety of features spanning modern technology based on decades of experience in the development of top-quality grain cleaning equipment. Large screen surfaces allow high hourly capacities, even with severely contaminated or damp goods and economical operation as single-grade or dual-grade machines, he added.
The company’s range of grain cleaners and processing machines are applied in a wide range of industries that cover harvest collection points, mills and malting plants, silo and storage facilities besides seed processing plants.
The recently introduced Schmidt-Seeger TAS is a cleaning, grading and aspiration equipment. In fact, the universal cleaning machines of the TAS series have been proven and tested worldwide for grain cleaning in single-grade or dual-grade operations without screen changes. This rugged line of machinery is ideally suited for pre-cleaning and the main cleaning cycle in reception and processing facilities and guarantees high-performance, economical and environmentally friendly cleaning, he said.
Schmidt-Seeger TAS is a high screen density and the time-tested plan based on the sifter principle where the cleaners achieve high throughput capacities in a small amount of space. The safety features such as the oscillation monitor on the screen boxes prevent the system from failing, the company said.
Further, there is high operational reliability and longevity. In fact, the TAS family of machines was conceived to deliver round-the- clock operation and fulfil the highest production demands. The perforated screens on durable steel frames are kept residue-free via a proven rubber ball cleaning system. The cleaning units can be optionally equipped with Rhino-Hyde lining to provide optimum wear and noise protection during operation.
The Schmidt-Seeger TAS is also known for its convenient air volume regulation. These cover twice-over use of aspiration air and ensures cost-effectiveness of the cleaning process. The unit’s step-less air volume regulation and vertical sifter with adjustable cross-section and inspection window guarantee that products are cleaned optimally. The machine is available from wheat intake capacity cleaning range from 60 t/ hour, 120 t/h,150 t/hr, 160 t/h and 250 t/h.
Bühler’s Dampener Turbolizer ( MOZL ) is recommended for optimal wheat conditioning. It is applied in grain milling for the intensive, homogeneous dampening of grain, thus conditioning the grain optimally for the grinding process. The dampener Turbolizer is also used by breweries for the gentle dampening of malt.
The dampener is applied for the intensive dampening of grain. The newly developed bi-rotor whirling system ensures uniform distribution of the water throughout the grain as well as excellent penetration of water into the grain with a low power requirement. Water addition rates of up to 7% are possible, with minimum abrasion and breakage of the product.
It’s important features are :outstanding dampening action, optimal water distribution, water addition rates up to 7per cent, compact design, low power requirement, excellent sanitation, low-maintenance requirement, good accessibility and easy changing of wear parts. The machine has a stainless steel body.
Bühler’s single-spout bagging machine. ( MWPF-W) is recommended for accurate weights, easy operation. It is designed for bagging capacities of 7 to 20 bags/minute and is suitable both for free flowing and non-free flowing as well as friable materials. The machine is suitable for paper, plastic, and textile bags holding 10 – 50 kg. It allows easy cleaning and maintenance and high operating reliability.
Another product which will find its display at the GrainTech India 2013 event is the versatile Bühler MWSC screw feeder. The machine has been designed to meet high sanitation standards. It can be used for high-precision volumetric proportioning or for feeding material at a controlled rate to a gravimetric system. In addition, this screw feeder is applied for conveying powdered products in the food industry.
