Natec Network to launch new processing equipment at ProPak Asia 2019

Building on Gold Peg’s outstanding expertise and reputation in direct steam injection cooking, the Natec Network will launch of new cooking and processing range of equipment at ProPak Asia 2019, slated to take place at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre between June 12 and 15, 2019.
“We have chosen ProPak Asia 2019 to launch a brand new batch processing system called the FreeTherm. It is the perfect for the region’s cooking and processing requirements,” said Simon Donnelly, general manager, Gold Peg.
Gold Peg’s name is strongly related to continuous cooking success. However, in response to a visit to ProPak 2018 and the goal of sharing the expertise of the new Natec Network, the FreeTherm batch processing system was designed.
The FreeTherm brings elements of the proven efficient and effective RotaTherm continuous cooking and processing technology to the batch cooking processing world.
With the FreeTherm the product is:
• Mixed by two independently-controlled augers
• Heated with unique Gold Peg direct steam injectors which eliminate hot spots
• De-aerated using an integrated vacuum system
• Held in an insulated buffer tank once processed for delivery to downstream system
Throughout the process the product temperature is accurately monitored by Gold Peg’s unique self-cleaning temperature probes.
The FreeTherm is available with various capacities.
The FreeTherm completes Gold Peg’s cooking and processing equipment suite as it now caters to businesses at any stage of their evolution from 2kg/h to 25,000kg/h!
