IGI T3’s Delhi Duty Free wins 2014 Moodies Award for Best Twitter Feed

fiogf49gjkf0d Delhi Duty Free Services Pvt Ltd (DDFS) - one of India’s largest duty free retail spaces at Terminal 3 (T3), Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport - won the award for Best Twitter Feed (Concessionaire/Retailer) and was commended for Best Use of Social and Digital Media (Concessionaire) at the 2014 Moodies Digital, Mobile and Social Awards.
Duncan Lawley, chief executive officer, Delhi Duty Free Services Pvt Ltd, said, “Our aim has been to have one-on-one conversations with people out there, understand what they love about us, what they dislike about us and finally react. Achieving the same and getting recognised for it consolidates our beliefs and motivates us to go another extra mile for our consumers.”

The panel of judges for this year’s Moodies Awards comprised Stephenie Rodriguez, chief enabling officer, Mighty Media Group Pty Ltd; Shashank Nigam, chief executive officer, SimpliFlying; Martin Moodie, founder and chairman, The Moodie Report, and Matt Willey, executive director - business development and innovation, The Moodie Report.
