Via Bianca earns Ospitalità Italiana mark

Via Bianca, the regional Italian pastificio and ristorante in Greater Kailash-1 (GK1), New Delhi, has been awarded the Ospitalità Italiana mark, an international recognition associated with Ospitalità Italiana nel Mondo, an initiative of the Italian System of Chambers of Commerce. The programme recognises Italian restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterie worldwide that uphold the quality, hospitality and cultural values of Italian dining.
The restaurant approaches Italian cuisine through the principles of regionality, seasonality and craftsmanship, with an emphasis on handmade pasta, traditional techniques, carefully sourced ingredients and Italian hospitality. The Ospitalità Italiana recognition marks a significant milestone and reinforces its focus on presenting Italian cuisine in India with authenticity and respect for its regional traditions.
