Two Love & Cheesecake outlets, two Poetry outlets to open in Feb, March

Love and Cheesecake and Poetry, which offers 120 dishes and desserts, is on expansion mode. Close on the heels of the inauguration of the former’s Love and Cheesecake outlet in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali, recently, its next two outlets are slated are expected to open in Chembur (on February 1, 2020) and Infiniti Mall, Malad West (on March 1, 2020). March will also witness the opening of two Poetry by Love and Cheesecake outlets, at Maker Mall, BKC, and Godrej Trees, Vikhroli.
Plans are also afoot to open five more outlets in Mumbai by the third quarter of the year, and three outlets in Pune. Said Ruchyeta Bhatia, co-founder and director, “Ever since we founded Love and Cheesecake, our passion has been to bring the best to the table.”
“From power breakfasts to healthy meals to gourmet desserts and recently, ruby chocolate, we have bravely innovated and have got immense love in return. In the past few years, there has been great interest in seeing more Love and Cheesecake and Poetry outlets not only across Mumbai, but also in more cities,” she added.
“Pune makes strategic sense as our first new city, due to logistics, local demand and infrastructure that are conducive to our plans. We were waiting for the opportune time to make our move. Our steady growth and healthy balance sheets over the past years signalled that we were now well placed to put our plans to action,” Bhatia said.
“Groundwork, set-up, scouting for locations, interiors, recruitments, and new dishes are all under way in full force, and we are very excited for all the great things that are set to unfold at Love and Cheesecake,” she added.
