True Palate Hospitality, is targeting a portfolio of 50 outlets and revenue of Rs900–1,000 crore by 2030. The company, which currently operates around 20–22 outlets across India and international markets, plans to invest approximately Rs30–40 crore over the next five years to support its expansion.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company has signed projects for One8 Commune in Guwahati, Dehradun and Raipur. The Guwahati outlet will mark the brand’s entry into Northeast India. Meanwhile, Pincode is strengthening its domestic presence with upcoming projects in Surat and Ahmedabad. Neuma is also exploring expansion opportunities, including a potential location in Goa.

The company is focusing on markets where its existing brands have demonstrated promising performance, while evaluating new destinations with long-term growth potential. Having recorded revenue growth of over 40% during its earlier expansion phase between 2022 and 2024, True Palate Hospitality is currently registering year-on-year growth of around 15–20%.

Commenting on the expansion plans, Vartik Tihara, Co-Founder and Director, True Palate Hospitality, said, “Our ambition is to build a portfolio of hospitality brands that can grow across markets while retaining a distinct identity and a strong connection with their audiences. We are targeting 50 outlets over the next five years, with a revenue ambition of Rs900–1,000 crore by 2030. Our focus is on expanding our existing brands in a way that makes commercial sense, identifying the right markets and ensuring that each format has room to grow.”

The proposed investment of Rs30–40 crore will be directed towards new outlet development, strengthening operational infrastructure and enhancing leadership capabilities. The company is also adopting a measured approach to expansion, with greater emphasis on market selection, commercial viability and operational readiness.

According to Aditi Tihara, Senior Vice President, True Palate Hospitality, scaling the business requires investment in talent, training and standardised operating processes to ensure consistency across locations.

“Scaling a hospitality business requires much more than opening new locations. Every expansion involves identifying the right talent, training teams, establishing robust operating processes and ensuring that the experience associated with each brand translates consistently on the ground. One8 Commune, Neuma and Pincode each have a distinct identity, audience and operating model, and our approach must reflect those differences while maintaining the standards guests expect,” she said.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company is considering both company-owned and franchise-led models. The choice will depend on the project, market conditions and commercial viability, enabling it to allocate capital strategically while retaining flexibility in its growth plans.

Beyond its restaurant operations, True Palate Hospitality is also developing its experiential entertainment offering through Commune Circus, a hospitality-led intellectual property that brings curated entertainment experiences to its outlets. The initiative features personalities from cricket and the entertainment industry, offering guests opportunities for interaction in an intimate setting.

Commune Circus has travelled across One8 Commune outlets in Aerocity, Delhi; Juhu, Mumbai; Goa; and Golf Course Road, Gurugram, as the company looks to strengthen customer engagement through differentiated dining and entertainment experiences.
