Tokyo Matcha Bar has unveiled a new menu that expands its matcha-led beverage offering with Asian-inspired food, speciality coffee, teas and desserts. The new menu at its Bandra café brings Japanese-inspired flavours into a contemporary café setting, combining familiar favourites with new and experimental combinations.
A key addition to the beverage menu is the Monster Cookie Series, featuring Monster Cookie Matcha, Monster Cookie Coffee and Monster Cookie Cocoa. Each beverage is served with an oversized freshly baked cookie, creating an interactive take on the traditional drink-and-cookie pairing.
The matcha selection also includes the Strawberry Matcha Latte, combining seasonal strawberries, milk and matcha with strawberry foam, and Cookie Lychee Matcha, which pairs lychee and lychee pearls with mango and matcha. Other offerings include Matcha Vanilla Bean Latte, Dirty Matcha Latte, Ube Matcha Latte and Cookies & Cream Matcha Latte.
Beyond matcha, the beverage menu features speciality coffee, hojicha, iced teas and lemonades, along with options such as Ube Colada and Yuzu Lassi.
The food menu extends the café’s Asian-inspired approach with small plates, gyoza and wontons. Options include Smoked Chilli Tofu, Asian Cucumber Salad, Korean Fried Tofu, Tangy Tori Chicken and Butter Garlic Prawns. The menu also features Asian-style burgers, while the ramen selection includes Katsu, Miso Happy, Dan-Co and Shinzo.
For larger meals, diners can choose from dishes such as Katsu Curry & Rice, Dan Dan Noodles and the newly introduced Sumo Phat Noodles.
The dessert section features classics including Tiramisu, Basque Cheesecake and Old School Chocolate Cake, alongside newer additions such as the Cakey Cookie and Smash Croissants. The latter offers its interpretation of the classic croissant, including a version paired with chocolate ganache and ice cream.
