An exclusive party lounge, The Barkhana, was launched at Wakad in Pune recently.
In the lounge, the layout of the main room has cosy nooks within the large space and the ability to sneak away through secluded doors into completely new spaces. Other attractions include popcorn machine at the bar, high-tables with high chairs and the mellow lights.
Deepak Singh, the owner of the club, states, “It is an immense pleasure to host guests in the city of food lovers. We intend to remain the home for those who want to party and dine with no compromises in terms of comfort, class and service. Also, we will be experimenting a bit on the music side, by adding classic rock and live gigs to our list in the near future as it would suit the ambience.”
In the menu, the lounge offers a mix of traditional Indian, modern Indian, fusion Indian, and a sprinkling of world cuisine.
