Thavornpattarapong appointed new spa manager at Alibaug’s U Tropicana

U Tropicana, Alibaug has appointed Thanipawan Thavornpattarapong from Thailand as spa manager, U Sante Spa. With this appointment, U Tropicana Alibaug aims to elevate the overall guest experience by setting new standards in spa treatment and services and offer both resident and non-resident guests the most luxurious and unparalleled spa experience in Alibaug.

In her new role, Thavornpattarapong will oversee the U Sante Spa Division at the property and will be responsible for the overall operations of the spa, running wellness programmes with a focus on holistic activity, promoting spa packages, increasing business and spa revenues.

A certified health spa manager with an expertise in Thai massage, aroma therapy massage and foot massage, she holds a graduate degree in psychology.

Elaborating on her Thai career span, she began her career in 2010 at Sukko Spa Executive Company, Phuket, where she worked as an assistant spa manager for about five years. She then moved to Peace Tropical Spa, Koh Samui, where she worked for two years and then moved to X2 Koh Samui Resort.

With an aptitude in customer relations, she also understands the technical aspect of the service. From monitoring the stocks to sharing monthly reports, she has a flair for customer satisfaction with her expert services and hospitality.

Commenting on this appointment, Rajesh Bhande, general manager, expressed immense happiness, stating, “We are excited to have Thanipawan Thavornpattarapong as the spa manager at U Tropicana, Alibaug.”

“Hailing from Bangkok, she comes with tonnes of experience to offer to our customers at Alibaug, and will affirm our status as one of Alibaug’s most luxurious wellness experiences. We welcome her on board, and I am sure she would be a great addition to the team,” he added.
