Conceptualised by Sahil Lulla, his wife Kresha Lulla, and brother Nikhil Lulla, the home kitchen can be credited with introducing the city’s culinary crowd to the concept of do-it-yourself burgers.
Having previously worked at Atlantis Dubai, Sahil Lulla is now channelling his culinary expertise into giving the classic burger a gourmet update, underscored by Nikhil Lulla’s hospitality savoir-faire and Kresha Lulla’s eye for design. The signature Cheetos Burger is the product of the extended lockdown, as the family united in the kitchen to give free rein to their creativity.
Featuring an option for cheetos chicken patty or chester’s veggie patty, the burger is a sumptuous amalgamation of brioche, lettuce, gherkins, shallots, cheetos cheese sauce and the secret ingredient — the ‘weekend’ sauce conceptualised by the dream team. Designed as a DIY burger, patrons can easily assemble the ingredients — provided in clearly labelled packaging — to create their own masterpiece over the weekends.

In light of the ongoing health crisis, the meals are prepared and packaged in a home kitchen that follows the highest standards of sanitisation.
