Every Sunday, Sweeney transforms part of its restaurant into a vibrant marketplace, where guests can choose their ingredients, enjoy live cooking and make their own cocktails in an interactive Sunday dining experience.
Its Marketplace Cookout brings the energy of a bustling market to the table, reimagining Sunday dining through a from market to table experience. Guests can choose their ingredients, flavours and drinks, taking an active role in creating what lands on their plate and in their glass.
At the heart of the experience is Build Your Wok, where guests pick their base, select from the day’s fresh market vegetables, choose their protein and finish with one of four house flavours. Their creation is then cooked live by the Sweeney chef. The experience continues at the bar with Shake It Up!, where guests choose one of four signature cocktails and step behind the bar to make their own, guided by the Sweeney team. Combining fresh produce, live cooking and cocktails made your way, Sweeney’s Marketplace Cookout offers a hands-on, social take on Sunday dining.
