SupplyOne, Inc., the largest independent supplier of custom corrugated and other value-added packaging products in North America, has announced the acquisition of Specialty Packaging, a leading provider of custom food packaging solutions. The move marks a significant expansion of SupplyOne’s capabilities in the high-growth food processing and service sectors.
Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Specialty Packaging has built a reputation for providing innovative, customer-specific packaging solutions, particularly for the protein and perishable food industries. By integrating Specialty Packaging’s expertise, SupplyOne aims to enhance its "Program Management" approach, which focuses on reducing the total cost of ownership for food processors through streamlined supply chains and optimized packaging designs.
The acquisition allows SupplyOne to offer an even broader range of specialized products, including vacuum pouches, shrink films, and custom-printed labels, alongside its existing corrugated and equipment offerings.
