Sula Vineyards, India’s largest wine producer and a pioneer of vineyard tourism, has unveiled its third hospitality property in Nashik — ‘The Haven by Sula’. Set alongside the tranquil Gangapur Lake, the newly launched resort offers 50 boutique rooms, combining panoramic lake views with the charm of vineyard trails, creating a haven for wine enthusiasts, couples, and weekend travellers alike.
With this launch, Sula expands its hospitality footprint in Nashik to over 150 keys, further strengthening its position as India’s leading wine tourism brand. ‘The Haven’ marks a milestone for Sula as it also houses the company’s first dedicated convention facility, catering to corporate gatherings, weddings, and social celebrations.
Speaking on the launch, Monit Dhavale, head of hospitality, Sula Vineyards, said,“We are pleased to unveil our third property in Nashik, The Haven by Sula — a milestone that further strengthens our leadership in Indian wine tourism. The property offers guests an elevated experience of the Sula lifestyle with lake views, curated wine tastings, and dedicated convention spaces designed for business and celebration alike.”
The new resort features Café Dia, a bright, all-day restaurant serving a multi-cuisine menu curated to pair perfectly with Sula’s award-winning wines. Guests can also explore York Winery located nearby for gourmet food pairings and guided tastings of Sula’s handcrafted wines.
Sula Vineyards now attracts over 3.5 lakh visitors annually, making Nashik a hub for India’s wine tourism industry. With three distinctive hospitality properties, Sula continues to set benchmarks for experiential stays in India’s wine capital.
Founded over two decades ago, Sula Vineyards Limited commands over 50% of India’s wine market, producing and distributing more than 1 million cases annually from its wineries in Maharashtra and Karnataka. A Gold Member of the International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA), Sula is also among Asia’s most sustainable wine producers, with a firm commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
With The Haven by Sula, the brand further strengthens its philosophy of “sip, stay, and unwind amidst nature”, offering a refined new destination for wine lovers and travellers seeking luxury in the heart of India’s wine country.
