STAAH launches new AI-enabled platform

Our Bureau, Mumbai
STAAH announced that Access Evo, its new AI-enabled platform, is now available to STAAH Max customers, with rollout beginning across Asia-Pacific from August 2026.

It is a subscription based, AI-enabled platform that transforms the way accommodation providers manage their day-to-day operations. Working seamlessly across the STAAH Max ecosystem, it brings together alerts, analytics and AI-powered assistance into one place, enabling hotel teams to work faster, make better-informed decisions and focus more on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nothing hoteliers relied on previously has changed; the Channel Manager, Booking Engine and ReviewMinder continue to function exactly as they do, with Access Evo's platform bringing everything together in one place. Whether managing bookings, monitoring performance or responding to guest reviews, hoteliers now have the freedom to focus on what matters most to them, their guests and their business.

Louise Daley, head of hospitality APAC, The Access Group, said, “Access Evo is about giving hoteliers back the hours they spend digging through systems and reports, so they can spend more time on their guests and their business. Making it available to our STAAH Max customers is an important step, but it's only the first one – this is just the beginning of what Evo will do for hospitality teams across the region and beyond.”
