Looking for a strange new adventure? Presenting Sandos and Gintos — a limited edition menu from Sorrentina by Foodhall and Stranger and Sons celebrating traditional Italian canapés and sandwiches paired with craft cocktails. Explore their first-ever collaboration until February 14, 2021.
The menu starring Truffled Gnoccho Fritto (truffled potato and parmesan fritters served with a cauli and jalapeño dip) and Vegan Chickpea Sausages. Italian sandwiches, aka Sandos, including Barramundi and Ricotta Polpette Sando, and Super Spicy Crispy Panelle Sando (crispy chickpea fritters with provolone cheese, hot sauce and blistered chillies). Try Italian street food (at its finest!) with Portafolgio, a folded pizza found in every corner of Napoli. Delight in dishes inspired by the season such as the Winter Linguini with Rucola Pesto and Caramelised Shallot Spaghetti.
Pair any of these dishes with exciting cocktails. Start with sipping on a Gibson, consisting of gin with a choice of pickles - onions, cherry tomato and black grapes, or a citrusy Gimlet - gin shaken with gondhraj and cardamom cordial or go for the classic Gold including gin, cape gooseberry jam, lemon juice and vermouth.
