There’s no such thing as too much pink, and besides the grass is pinker on this side – this side being the most Instagrammable all-day dining restaurant in Mumbai – Pink Wasabi. Pink Wasabi, the Asian dining space is all set to introduce a new menu that lets you divulge in an extraordinary gastronomical journey, with an amalgamation of culinary innovations and new aesthetics, making it the prettiest experience ever!

Owned by Prasuk Jain, on celebrating a successful one year in the industry, he comments, “Pink is not just a colour, it’s respect. Pink Wasabi is here to change the narrative of how to own pink and make it clear that nothing is out of the limits. There are loads of sides to pink but to them, it is about redefining what it means to be feminine -  there is no single ‘correct’ way to be feminine, and it definitely doesn’t come with a uniform! We believe that as long as there is pink in the world, it will always be a better place. Once you know where to look, you can see pink exists all around us.”

The restaurant with its ‘Alice in Wonderland’ tea party vibes, gets a revamp as it creates more picture-perfect interiors and tastiest of meals making it a beautiful experience for each visiting patron, every time. Embarking on a euphoric culinary adventure, the all-new Pink Wasabi gets an awe-inspiring do-over with rose-adorn interiors, wisteria-covered exteriors, and candy-floss pink furnishings. Embodying the true meaning of gourmet delights, from the thoughtfully curated menu to the distinctive decor, the chic-yet-classy hotspot offers the charm to dine under cherry blossoms with the vibrant, eccentric, and youthful spirit of the present-day generation.

From the kitchen comes a memorable feast of Asian cuisine; Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Chinese- all created with passion, refinement, and precision. At the helm of all these culinary affairs is corporate chef James Biaka, with an experience of over 30 years in the chef realm and 20 years of professional kitchen management experience. A master of his craft and well-versed in various world cuisines with a specialisation in Asian cuisine, he has worked in award-winning and one-of-its-kind restaurants like Indage Hotel Tetsuma, Happy Thai, Kofuku and Origami.
