Seawoods Grand Central Mall’s Monsoon Fitness Drive to conclude on Aug 31

The Monsoon Fitness Drive, currently underway at Navi Mumbai’s Seawoods Grand Central Mall, will conclude on August 31, 2019. Fitness enthusiasts can now walk into the mall as early as 6:30am, and carry on with their routine.
As a part of the campaign, the mall will organise multiple fitness activities between 7:30am and 8:30am every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
These include Yoga on Wednesdays, Zumba on Fridays and Bokwa and Bollywood Fitness on Sundays.
Whil the grown-ups get their dose of fitness, kids won’t be left behind, as Saturdays will be dedicated to Zumba sessions for kids. These are open for all and free.
The mall has roped in leading brands such as Go Sport, Puma, Crocs and Chaayos to offer exciting discounts to all the fitness enthusiasts. In order to provide a rush-free shopping experience, some of these brands will also open their shops in the early morning hours.
