Kolkata, the City of Joy, is gearing up for Durga Pujo, and no celebration of the festival is complete without Pujor Bhoj. Seasonal Tastes, the all-day dining restaurant, at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, will host a buffet, comprising a host of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, which will be on offer between Panchami (October 3, 2019) and Dashami (October 8, 2019).
It will comprise authentic Bengali dishes, Bengal’s favourites, such as Tangra Chinese, Momo and Thukpa, and pujo staples, such as kebabs, grills, paturi and cutlets.
The main course will comprise Kosha Mangsho, Lucchi, Shorshe Mach, Bhetki Paturi, Fish Kaalia, Mutton Curry, Mishti Pulao, Kolkata Biryani and Doi Murgi. Patrons can conclude their meal with Bengali sweets such as Patishapta, Torched Rasogulla and Makha Sandesh. There will also be a live Rabri counter.
