Sankranti celebrations underway at Barbeque Nation’s Bengaluru outlets

Sankranti celebrations are underway at the Bengaluru outlets of Barbeque Nation, India’s leading casual dining restaurant chain, and will conclude on January 19, 2019. On the menu is an array of South Indian delicacies.
The buffet, curated by the restaurant’s chefs, comprises a local channa preparation (either chickpeas or black channa), Neer Mor, Panakam and Nannari Sarbath. The starters include Maangai Pudina Paneer Chuttadu, Karuveppilai Kaalan Chuttadhu and Vazhapoo Vada.
There are live counters serving Banana Dosa, Paniyaram (sweet and savoury), Murukku and Podi Tossed Idli. The main course counter includes Murungakkai Sambar (with drumstick and eggplant), Kanji Puram Vada Curry, Karuveppilai Rice, Keruveppilai Poondu Kuzhambu and more.
The dessert section will comprise the Paruppu Payasam and the Sweet Pongal, apart from all the other signature desserts that Barbeque Nation offers.
Arup Chatterjee, vice-president, operations, Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd, said, “The festival special buffet offers a platform to bring together numerous South Indian recipes to satiate the taste buds of our patrons in Bangalore from January 11-19.”
